About the Role

Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Heating and Ventilation Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the specification of our range of residential heating and ventilation products to the New Build and Social Housing market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to promote our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the New Build and Social Housing market, with a focus on capturing project opportunities and creating a pipeline of sales.
  • Work closely with our Pre-Sales and Technical team to ensure that all customer requests for design and quotations are met within Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and project progress in our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with our Installer Sales Manager colleagues to secure specified projects and manage them through to successful handover.
  • Ensure that all requested house designs are submitted with the required information and detail to enable correct design to be completed within SLA expectations.
  • Support regional events to promote awareness of our solutions in the region.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on specification sales in the New Build and Social Housing market.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
