We are seeking a skilled Bench Carpenter/Shop Fitter to join our team at Ethero. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality shopfronts, frames, units, and fittings using a range of materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize power and manual hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Design and manufacture shopfronts, frames, units, and fittings using various materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Assemble and complete joinery projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Measure and set out jobs on site, ensuring accurate execution.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines.
- Positive attitude towards delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adherence to health and safety policies at all times.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production techniques.
This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday, 08:00 to 14:30.
Commutable Areas:This role is commutable from various locations, including Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham, and surrounding areas.
