Role Overview: The successful candidate will oversee the complete execution of transformation and change initiatives aimed at fostering business expansion and enhancing operational efficiency, thereby ensuring a seamless integration of organizational systems and processes.


  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage potential risks, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders, including department heads and executive directors.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to forecast financial reports and monitor expenditures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing enhancements by sharing insights and experiences to refine project governance frameworks, controls, and reporting, while pinpointing and leveraging opportunities for process enhancements and innovations to optimize operational efficiency and project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively relay project updates to stakeholders during monthly steering committee meetings and weekly briefings.

Key Requirements:


  • Experience with process systems in the Hygienic or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying effective controls to mitigate risks, issues, budgets, and quality within specified timelines.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, to engage with clients one or two days per week.
  • Proven experience in process-oriented projects, with a solid understanding of chemical processes.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage several contractors and projects concurrently.
