Cyber Security Operations Lead

At Fruition IT Resources Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Operations Analyst to join our Cyber Security Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the detection and response to security-related incidents, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on detection, protection, and response procedures to security events.
- Liaise with Operational IT teams on incident response and improvements.
- Report on key team performance metrics.
- Ensure the upkeep of documentation and risk reporting.
- Manage and develop independent risk reporting.
- Educate and develop more junior analysts.
- Recommend process and tool improvements.
- Analyze and test response capabilities.
Key Experiences:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SOC environment.
- International organization security operations experience.
- Understanding of security controls and technology.
- Familiarity with cyber security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure (flexible on cloud tech).
