Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager for a prominent organization specializing in logistics and transportation management. The successful candidate will oversee and optimize the company's vehicle fleet while ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Management: Oversee the management of a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Regional Vehicle Oversight: Manage multiple vehicles across various regions simultaneously, maintaining high standards of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Financial Accountability: Monitor and manage fleet-related financial accounts, ensuring necessary funds are available for tolls, insurance, and other operational costs.
  • Procurement and Maintenance: Collaborate with finance leadership to source new vehicles, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy.
  • Compliance Management: Administer all aspects of vehicle licensing, insurance claims, and driver assessments, ensuring that all vehicles meet legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Fleet Management role, with a strong background in managing a fleet of 40 or more vehicles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and leadership qualities, with a focus on detail-oriented operations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and foster relationships with service providers.
