Mortgage Broker Job Opportunity

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is delighted to be representing a reputable and growing Mortgage Brokerage, with offices in Welling and London, as they recruit for Self Employed Mortgage Advisors to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for new and experienced advisors to join a forward-thinking and reputable mortgage brokerage, offering up to 70% commission with no deductions, remote working, and full admin support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their financial situation, needs, and preferences.
  2. Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, working with lenders and solicitors.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and lenders available in the market.
  4. Ensure that all activities comply with FCA regulations and industry standards.
  5. Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  7. Stay informed about changes in the property market.
Requirements:
  1. CeMAP Qualified is preferred.
  2. Strong sales and client management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  3. Communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  4. Excellent understanding of the mortgage market, financial products, and lender criteria.
  5. IT Proficiency.
  6. UK Citizen and no requirement for VISA sponsorship.
Benefits:
  1. 70% commission for experienced brokers (3+ years experience).
  2. 60% commission for fresh brokers (1-2 years experience).
  3. 50% commission for new brokers (0 years experience, however, must have relevant skills).
  4. Broker keeps 100% of the broker fee (small amount is charged on every case, but this works in the broker's favour).
  5. Remote working (required to go into Welling office once or twice a month).
  6. No deductions of commission.
  7. Full admin support.
  8. Excellent working culture, with regular training and development opportunities.
