Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest car models, specifications, and pricing to effectively advise customers and meet their needs.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales, manage customer expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous sales experience in the motor industry, preferably in a telesales environment.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
