Job Title: Fire & Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fire & Security Engineer to join our client's team at City Facilities Management. As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out technical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work independently across multiple sites with minimal supervision, liaising with on-site managers as needed.
  • Hold a valid City and Guilds electrical competency qualification and have experience working with CCTV IP/analogue systems, fire alarm systems, and PC-literate software.
Requirements:
  • Full and valid driving license.
  • Flexibility to travel daily and occasionally overnight.
  • Ability to work on an on-call rota of 1 week in every 4.
