In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen, upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in all facets of kitchen administration, including menu development, procurement, and stock management.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen staff, providing direction and assistance to guarantee consistent quality and productivity.
- Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes, ensuring they align with our stringent standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design innovative and appealing dishes, utilizing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Train and nurture junior kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Rosette experience is highly desirable.
