About the Role

Cyber Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to our customers, partners, and internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, videos, and online courses, to educate customers and partners on our products and services.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal staff, partners, and customers, both in-person and remotely, to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure training programs meet business objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of training certification programs, including developing exams and course plans, to ensure customers and partners have a clear understanding of our products and services.
  • Maintain and update training records to track course attendance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to develop and deliver training programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development skills and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong understanding of identity, credential, and access management solutions.
  • Knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI), certificate authorities (CAs), and hardware security modules (HSMs).
  • Experience working with external customers delivering bespoke product training.
  • Experience interfacing with internal teams, including development, product management, and customer support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems, as well as SQL Server and SQL query language.
