Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Framework Manager to take responsibility for our prestigious DDP/ADAPT portfolio. This portfolio consists of high-value construction and decommissioning projects, valued up to £10 million, spanning various technical discipline areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: Set and maintain strategic direction across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Oversee the maintenance of team structure and development, focusing on building a high-performing team.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects from opportunity development through to handover, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Drive a world-class approach to HSE, providing a 'hands-on' approach to ensure delivery against key performance measures.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in project management and/or construction, who can work in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
