Position Overview

We are seeking a Versatile Plumbing Technician to become a vital part of our maintenance division.

Location: On-site

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As a Skilled Plumbing Specialist, you will be an integral member of the facilities team, providing essential maintenance support throughout the premises.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

• Executing routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and conducting minor repairs and enhancements
• Installing new systems and equipment as necessary
• Identifying and rectifying faults in systems and machinery

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for you if:

• You possess substantial experience in mechanical maintenance, including PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• You have foundational skills in joinery and electrical work
• You hold a qualification in plumbing, specifically NVQ level 3
