As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and manage a team focused on WMS / supply chain planning systems for B2B and B2C fulfillment for stores and ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to improve inventory management, forecasting, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Lead a high-performing team of product managers to achieve business objectives.
- Galvanize consensus and ensure seamless communication between business operations and IT engineering.
Requirements:
- Proven product management leadership skills with experience in supply chain, particularly in inventory management and forecasting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to enable data-driven decision-making and complex stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in retail, WMS, FMCG type businesses.
