Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team at a Brighton-based University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Support: Provide essential support and act as the first point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of the recruitment processes and procedures.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, check, and administer all associated documentation within the recruitment process, including advertisements, job descriptions, and further particulars.
- Candidate Communication: Oversee recruitment email inboxes, respond to all applicants and recruiting manager enquiries, and organise interview schedules with recruiting managers and candidates.
- Administrative Tasks: Request employment references, collate all post-interview administrative paperwork, and work within set timelines to meet deadlines and collate several monthly recruitment reports.
- Customer Service: Act as an ambassador for the service, focusing on customer service and delivery while supporting the division in maintaining their Customer Service Excellence Award.
Requirements:
