Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital domains, acquired through a master's level qualification or relevant experience.
  • BCS Foundation Certificate in User Experience.
  • Prince 2 certification or equivalent in a recognized program management methodology, such as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).

Experience

  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a solid understanding of the NHS and the broader health and care system, along with program management expertise gained through managing complex, cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Familiarity with program management principles and theories, and their practical applications in a multifaceted environment with numerous stakeholders across a large geographic area.
  • Knowledge of change management or continuous improvement principles and their practical applications.
