About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Administrator to join our team at Fisher German LLP. As a key member of our Business Development & Communications team, you will provide administrative support for various initiatives, including website management, eMarketing, events, and intranet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the team, including booking meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Manage the company's website, including updating content, monitoring analytics, and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in marketing or communications is beneficial but not required.
