SF Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable company based in Oakham to assist in the hiring of an Accounts Assistant for a full-time, permanent position.

This role offers hybrid working arrangements with flexible hours, making it ideal for a proactive individual who possesses excellent communication skills for engaging with external clients and conducting meetings.

You will be directly reporting to and working alongside a highly skilled and qualified Financial Controller.



Compensation Overview:

Salary Range: £27,000 - £29,000

Hybrid Working (2 days remote)

Bonus Structure

Flexible working hours

Full-time, permanent position



Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the company's financial and banking operations
  • Generating and processing invoices
  • Assisting with credit management
  • Addressing and resolving inquiries
  • Conducting financial training for staff
  • Engaging with external clients and stakeholders in meetings
  • Performing additional tasks as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding an accounting qualification
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and a quick learner with prior experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications with a strong numerical aptitude
