About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Senior Manager to join our Change and Transformation team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and contributing to our mission to change the way energy is made and used in Britain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new product and service offerings
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of launched propositions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to proposition management
  • Line management of a small team of New Proposition Managers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in proposition management, product management, or programme management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across different functions and levels within the organization
