Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary

Sphere Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee building services packages for on-site construction projects. This role involves managing engineering services, resources, supply chain, cost reporting, client liaison, and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage building services / M&E packages, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to programme
  • Procurement, labour, and sub-contractor management
  • Contract cost and variation management for projects over £2m
  • Health and safety management, risk assessments, and compliance
  • Compilation and presentation of operating and maintenance manuals

Requirements

  • BTEC / HNC in Building Services, IOSH, CSCS, SMSTS
  • Experience in managing building services / M&E packages
  • Full UK Driving License, British National, and subject to SC Clearance
