We are seeking a highly skilled Insite Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Attend daily and weekly production meetings to stay informed about site initiatives and priorities.
• Develop and implement effective stores management services and processes with customer site teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for large value re-tenders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding agreed KPIs and targets.
• Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes.
• Work with site teams to plan and manage stock in line with customer site-specific requirements.

• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Able to juggle competing priorities.
• Commercially astute to identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings for the customer.
