Job Overview

In the role of Junior Business Consultant, you will engage directly with project teams, crafting, strategizing, and executing innovative solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating risks for clients of Publicis Sapient.

You will benefit from extensive guidance and mentorship in client relations, business advisory, and collaborative teamwork.

While many of our senior team members (Principal and above) possess expertise in specific sectors, our Consultants will navigate across various industries.


Your Contributions

  • Collaborate closely with Principals and Managing Directors to fulfill client commitments that drive significant Digital Business Transformation
  • Partner with Publicis Sapient capability groups in creativity, experience, and technology to develop a comprehensive approach to business strategy
  • Assist in shaping business and strategic analysis and development
  • Organize, support, and engage in high-level (C-suite) client workshops and meetings
  • Provide project management assistance regarding planning, scope coordination, risk management, quality assurance, budget oversight, and goal attainment
  • Conduct project reporting and evaluations
Required Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting
  • Strong academic performance and relevant internship experience
  • Outstanding qualitative and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Prior project experience in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible to change
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on solutions
  • Client-centric with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in articulating complex solutions and concepts effectively, both in writing and verbally
  • Willingness to travel and work on client sites
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a prestigious university or equivalent military experience is required
  • Master's degree/MBA is highly preferred
