Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager and deputise when needed
  • Coach and develop your team to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Strive to always do better for your guests and drive sales growth
  • Know your Cafe Menu and be prepared to check and challenge all food and drink
  • Upsell menu extras and drive your team to do the same
  • Encourage guests to provide feedback and help your team to make sure your Cafe stays clean, safe and legally compliant
