About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied position that requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care, maintenance, and repair of complex Analogue and Digital CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, and Perimeter Detection Systems.

You will work with a broad client base, including public space and heritage buildings, transport, critical national infrastructure, finance, high security, and custodial markets. The successful candidate will be expected to obtain a high level of vetting and work off patch, with occasional overnight stays required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient, and effective service to clients
  • Maintain a high level of personal performance, demonstrating a willingness to help colleagues
  • Adhere to the company's Management Systems and undertake any other duties as required by the Service Manager
  • Assist with the call out rota and provide day-to-day care, maintenance, and repair of complex systems
  • Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems and complete a planned preventative maintenance regime
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of CCTV, IT, and PID Systems on varying scales, as well as experience with Access Control systems and DVR & NVR systems. On-site repair capability is essential, and knowledge of C-Cure, CEM, Milestone, IP Systems, Networks, and First-line repairs on Gates and Barriers is desirable.
