About the Role

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Porter to provide an excellent patient care experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a flexible and efficient quality service extending care and consideration to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Receive work requests via various channels and take prompt and appropriate action in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Prioritize work and direct staff accordingly to ensure optimum use of resources.
  • Undertake all Portering and Support worker duties, including Dispatching, Corridor Clearance, Furniture Request/Office Moves, and Portering and reception duties.
