The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health and additional barriers to employment in finding and maintaining work.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop personalized employment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers with mental health and additional barriers to employment in finding and maintaining work
- Develop and implement personalized employment plans to meet customer needs
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals
- Provide guidance and support to customers in their job search and employment
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and additional barriers to employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment and mental health support services
