Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Specification Manager to drive the market strategy for our Siniat brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing robust and purpose-fit specifications that align with our market goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide expert technical advice and solutions.
  • Manage relationships with architects, main contractors, key sub-contractors, and fire protection contractors to ensure top-tier commercial performance.
  • Update our CRM system daily with key project and customer information to inform our market strategy.
  • Work closely with other Etex departments to identify new market sectors where our brands can deliver best value.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of creating bespoke 'engineered' solutions for specific customer construction projects.
  • Up-to-date understanding of building regulations and standards.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans.
  • Proficiency in the use of construction design software and Microsoft packages.
