About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bank team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including medication management and wound care.
  • Lead and mentor the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive tailored support.
  • Respond to emergency situations, demonstrating calm and effective decision-making.
  • Act as a named nurse for individual residents, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Flexible shift patterns, including 07:00am-20.30pm and 20.15pm-07.15am.
