Job Title: Asset Performance Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Performance Advisor to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. As an Asset Performance Advisor, you will play a critical role in assisting landlords in maximizing the leasing potential of their office assets in the flexible office market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and target tenant profiles.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote available flexible office spaces through various channels.
  2. Lease Negotiation and Documentation:
    • Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of landlords, aiming for favorable outcomes.
    • Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  3. Relationship Building and Communication:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and industry professionals.
    • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding leasing activities, market insights, and potential opportunities.
  4. Administration and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including tenant information, market data, and lease documents, using a CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, market trends, and prospecting activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface credibly with external candidates and senior business leaders.
  • Good time management.
  • Marketing and networking abilities, basic skills in marketing and networking to attract potential tenants and promote available office spaces.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
