At Venn Group, we're looking for a skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team. As a key player in our procurement function, you'll be responsible for leading procurement efforts, ensuring contracts are robust, secure, and aligned with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive long-term business success.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and our procurement team to craft and deliver a forward-looking procurement plan.
  • Manage the Contracts Library, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, correctly assigned, and ready for renewal when needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors, ensuring service providers deliver what they promise—on time and within budget.
  • Deliver a monthly procurement report that highlights risks, achievements, and plans for the future.
