About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join our growing Engineering capability at Morson Talent.

The successful candidate will play a key role in our organisation, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing client EC&I design packs and compiling job packs to meet both schedule and handover strategy.
  • Working with the quality department to produce ITPs and check sheets/cable cards for EC&I installation.
  • Producing safe systems of work (i.e., RAMS, PPE Assessments, Manual Handling Assessments, etc.) for the EC&I install activities.
  • Assisting in compiling quality and technical data upon construction completion to produce commissioning handover packs.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • HND qualified Electrical and Electronic Engineering or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge and understanding and discipline relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in an electrical, control or instrumentation design.
  • Good all-round technical design experience using British and international standards and Eurocodes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time and workload to deliver against agreed milestones.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member within a multidisciplinary team liaising directly with team members and clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication and technical writing skills.
  • UK National (none dual citizen).
  • SC Cleared.
