Your Role and Responsibilities:
Engaging with students across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2), tailored to your strengths.
Providing support for a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and behavioral challenges.
Enhancing the learning experience for all students.

JOB OVERVIEW
Special Educational Needs Support Assistant.
Assisting with various special educational needs; including Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and Speech & Language challenges.
Providing both individual and group support, both inside and outside the classroom.
Working closely with a variety of professionals and the SEN Coordinator.
Participating in weekly training sessions.
Engaging with students across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
A degree from a recognized university.
An outgoing, innovative, and creative approach is essential.
A willingness to learn and engage in multiple roles is crucial.
A strong understanding of special educational needs is required.
Previous experience with SEN, whether professional or personal, is preferred but not mandatory.

All pay rates quoted will include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent role in the future.
