We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Contact Administrator to join our team at TQR Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial assessment of client needs, primarily via phone
- Booking appointments with colleagues in other departments as needed
- Accurate data recording in relevant databases
- Effective workload management, including administrative tasks
- Meeting performance indicators and priorities, with call targets enforced
- Follow-up and monitoring of outcomes, as well as first-line support for incoming calls
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes:
- Excellent telephone and online customer service skills
- Confidence on the phones, with the ability to hit the ground running
- Availability to start immediately, with a requirement for one week's notice or less
- Experience achieving targets within set deadlines is essential
- Strong IT skills are an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to cope under pressure, working towards tight deadlines
- Willingness to undertake training and staff development
- Positive, motivated, and enjoy talking to people over the phone, as this will be the main focus of your time
