Job Title: Client Contact Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Contact Administrator to join our team at TQR Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial assessment of client needs, primarily via phone
  • Booking appointments with colleagues in other departments as needed
  • Accurate data recording in relevant databases
  • Effective workload management, including administrative tasks
  • Meeting performance indicators and priorities, with call targets enforced
  • Follow-up and monitoring of outcomes, as well as first-line support for incoming calls

Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Excellent telephone and online customer service skills
  • Confidence on the phones, with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Availability to start immediately, with a requirement for one week's notice or less
  • Experience achieving targets within set deadlines is essential
  • Strong IT skills are an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to cope under pressure, working towards tight deadlines
  • Willingness to undertake training and staff development
  • Positive, motivated, and enjoy talking to people over the phone, as this will be the main focus of your time
