HomeServe UK is recruiting for Newly Qualified Plumbing Engineers to join our team

  • Location – Exeter or within a 15-minute drive of an EX postcode
  • Full Time - 40 hours a week – this includes some weekend, evening, and bank holiday work
  • Salary – Up to £28,514 (Salary dependent upon experience) Plus a £3000 guaranteed bonus in your first year

A little more about the role:

HomeServe UK is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic newly qualified plumber to perform a variety of tasks in residential settings. The ideal candidate will be keen to apply their skills in real-world situations, learn from experienced professionals, and develop their career in the plumbing industry.

About You

What you'll have

  • Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • Some hands-on experience in domestic settings

Training & Support

To help you settle into your career with HomeServe UK, you will undertake our extensive training programme.

  • Week 1 will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 in our award-winning training facility, covering all things HomeServe UK, Health and Safety, tools, and equipment
  • Week 2-3 you will be buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer
  • Week 4 will be 3 days in Nottingham for additional training and support
  • Where geographically appropriate, we will pay for your accommodation
  • Continued professional development with expert engineers to enhance your skill set and develop your plumbing career with HomeServe UK
