About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Blackwood. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in various settings, including day centres, supported living services, respite services, schools, and care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements:
