About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team at NatWest. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications and services to achieve business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will:

  • Apply software engineering principles and methodologies to design and develop reusable libraries and application programming interfaces.
  • Design and develop software that enables automation of build, release testing, and deployment processes.
  • Support the reuse and sharing of platform components and technologies within the software engineering teams.
  • Deliver software components to enable the delivery of platforms, applications, and services.
  • Write unit and integration tests in automated test environments to ensure code quality.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A background in software engineering, software design, or database design and architecture.
  • Development experience in a programming language, experience using industry-recognized frameworks and development tooling.
  • A background of implementing programming best practices, especially around scalability, availability, and performance.
  • Experience of working to timescales and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM 2016 experience, including Model driven apps, canvas apps, and power apps portal.
  • Extensive coding experience with Microsoft Dynamics SDK.
  • Dynamics CRM configuration and customisation, Plugin development, C#, ASP.Net, Azure logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Strong knowledge working with SSIS packages using KingswaySoft.
  • Experience with SQL and hands-on with both on-premise and cloud-hosted databases.
  • Knowledge of the key phases of software delivery lifecycle and established software development methodologies.
