**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a T Level Lecturer in Civil Engineering and Surveying at West Herts College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Teach and assess students on Level 3 full-time programmes in Civil Engineering and Surveying
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans, incorporating industry best practices and technologies
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes and improvements
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements**

  • Relevant industry experience in Civil Engineering and Surveying
  • Strong teaching and assessment skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Knowledge of further maths, calculus, and microcontrollers is essential
  • A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided
