Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work on electrical systems, including service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Undertake reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on Building Management System (BMS) control systems and PAT testing.
- Ensure maintenance duties are carried out in a manner that supports the objectives of the client and respects the dignity and privacy of residents.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
- City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
- 18th Edition City and Guilds certification.
- Experience in electrical power distribution systems and preferred experience in electrical testing.
- UK Driving Licence.
- DBS check.
