Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead key IT systems projects focused on existing site software upgrades and new site installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS) and experience working with logistics firms, retailers, or major brands with their own fleet and warehouse infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT systems projects from cradle to grave, including scoping, risk evaluation, cost assessment, and deliverable benefits detailing
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and senior colleagues to drive project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are aligned with company goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering IT projects, with a strong background in WMS and/or TMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
