Role Responsibilities

As our operations expand and passenger traffic increases, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Parking Operations team. We are looking for exceptional talent to help us fulfill our commitment to providing seamless travel experiences. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding customer service abilities, a readiness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with vehicles. The successful candidate will collaborate with a skilled team managing a high volume of vehicle movements and parking spaces.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

Safely maneuvering and parking a diverse range of vehicles, from compact cars to luxury models. Serving as the representative of our landside operations, engaging with passengers at car park entry points and sharing valuable airport insights. Being the welcoming face of our meet and greet service. Operating our parking management systems and specialized equipment. Demonstrating a commitment to delivering an exceptional travel experience, regardless of weather conditions.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be a cautious and skilled driver with a manual UK Driving License held for a minimum of two years, with no more than three penalty points. Additionally, you will:

Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, possess strong customer service skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. Have basic computer proficiency, as experience with technology is essential. Be adaptable and willing to work effectively in all weather conditions, as our operations run 24/7. Share a passion for automobiles; understanding the significance of caring for our customers' vehicles and being comfortable driving both manual and automatic cars.
