We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef and Housekeeper to join our team at DDH Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and providing exceptional housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and throughout the property.
• Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including laundry, cleaning, and maintenance of the property.
• Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef and Housekeeper in a similar role.
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of traditional British cuisine.
• Strong housekeeping skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
