About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team at Wales & West Housing Association Limited. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our extra care schemes in North Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective cleaning support to all departments within the Group
  • Work as part of a small, busy team and independently, using your initiative to deliver top-quality customer service
  • Use the WWH values to demonstrate effective skills and behaviours, providing a high-quality, friendly customer-orientated service
Requirements
  • A strong customer-focused and empathetic approach to dealing with customers
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
  • A proven track record of working in a cleaning role
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £12 per hour
  • A choice of Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit pension, including 3x death in service life insurance cover
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with service, plus the ability to buy and sell up to 5 days
  • 9 Bank Holidays per annum, including an extra day at Christmas
