Shift Patterns: 6 days on, 3 days off.

Early shift: 7am- 4pm, or late shift: 11am - 8pm

JOB OVERVIEW

The Sure Group, a prominent provider of retail technology solutions, is seeking dedicated Service Technicians to enhance their expanding teams. The company specializes in delivering innovative products and services that assist clients in maximizing profitability through improved customer engagement and operational efficiency.

With a strong presence in the retail sector, The Sure Group designs, implements, and maintains systems across numerous retail locations, facilitating millions of transactions annually through their advanced infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting scheduled maintenance visits as needed
  • Responding promptly to service requests in accordance with established service level agreements
  • Managing equipment and inventory effectively
  • Providing precise and timely documentation for service completion and inventory management
  • Participating in proactive maintenance and basic installation tasks as directed by the Operations Team
  • Completing all necessary engineering documentation

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid UK driving license
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Capability to perform under pressure
  • Prior experience in a similar position

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • SPA Passport
  • Experience in service delivery

CRUCIAL SKILLS:

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Prior experience in a similar role
