We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing an operational team of Independence and Wellbeing Advisors, ensuring they deliver a high level of customer experience while promoting a positive working culture and championing new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of up to 10 or more, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Listen and question effectively to gather information and resolve queries from Independence and Wellbeing Advisors.
- Develop and implement coaching and progression plans for team members, identifying areas for improvement and providing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement, using digital channels to enhance customer access and management.
- Proactively monitor and improve the quality of service provided, providing immediate feedback to team members and reacting quickly to demand in the contact centre.
- Significant line managing experience or working within a contact centre environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance.
- Ability to listen and question effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of strength-based approach and social prescribing, with a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
- Available to start your new role ASAP, with a willingness to work a range of shifts, including 8am-4.09pm, 8:36am-4.45pm, and 9:15am-5.24pm.
