Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Interior Designer with 4-6 years' experience in the UK, possessing a strong understanding of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create unique concepts, including interior design and architecture, in accordance with client briefs, preparing drawings, mood boards, models, and materials boards.
  • Lead and inspire a small design team, sourcing and selecting bespoke materials and finishes.
  • Develop bespoke designs for joinery, chandeliers, carpet, and other elements through technical drawings and details in collaboration with artisans and craftsmen.
  • Oversee and assist during the FF&E Creative & Procurement stages, preparing FF&E budgets, designing bespoke FF&E, and managing tender processes.
  • Assist and manage production design information for tender purposes, liaising with the PM Team, and ensuring design intent is carried through during the Detail Design stage.
Requirements
  • Software skills: Autocad, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, UK planning policies, and procurement methods.
  • Excellent communication, spoken and written English, and strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to working, with the ability to take the initiative and drive projects.
