Ground Engineering Estimator

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Ground Engineering Estimator to join our preconstruction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documentation and provide feasibility advice to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Ensure estimates take into account applicable legislation, industry standards, and health, safety, quality, and environment considerations.
  • Lead and coordinate projects with the Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager, and Commercial Manager.
  • Develop a commercial strategy based on technical, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Review subcontract tender submissions for compliance and inclusion in the estimate.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience in Ground Engineering required.
  • Strong IT literacy, verbal and written communication skills, and health & safety knowledge essential.
