Job Title: Weekend General Catering Assistant

Hamilton Mayday is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Weekend General Catering Assistant to join our team in West London.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and serving high-quality meals to clients and tenants.
  • Take orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clear plates and wash up, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Contribute to other general catering duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other team members.
  • Prepare and serve food to a high standard, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a café/kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Food hygiene certificate.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Attention to detail and presentation.
