About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Live Director to join our team in Leeds. As a Senior Live Director, you'll be responsible for monitoring and quality controlling all signals in and out of transmission, loading, preparing, and transmitting daily playout schedules, and ensuring all scheduled media is available for playout each day. You'll also provide first-line support for all transmission services and equipment, and be the point of contact for escalating issues when necessary.

What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience executing scheduled live events to ensure exact content is broadcast at the correct time
  • Experience working in transmission with knowledge of file-based media preparation
  • Understanding of broadcast automation systems
  • A good understanding of broadcast rules, regulations, and compliance in a commercial and residential environment
