Job Title: Examinations Officer
Job Summary:
The Examinations Officer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external examinations. This position requires a high level of expertise in examination regulations, procedures, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and Organisation:
- Understand and comply with all examination regulations and requirements
- Manage the safe and secure receipt, checking, and storage of examination papers and materials
- Contribute to the development and review of examination-related policies
- Exam Management:
- Liaise with department heads, teachers, students, and parents regarding examination matters
- Provide information on examination matters as required
- Ensure the collection and communication of examination results to students
- Results and Data Management:
- Make arrangements for sharing results with students
- Ensure results are received and stored securely and confidentially
- Be familiar with data analysis reports and tools, and share results data with stakeholders as appropriate
- Training and Development:
- Undertake training as required for the role
- Be familiar with training opportunities for other staff members involved in examinations
- Expertise in examination regulations and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
