Soft Landscaping Supervisor.
We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity to become part of our esteemed organization, Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd, as a Soft Landscaping Supervisor.
This pivotal position within our Construction sector involves overseeing the soft landscaping and horticultural operations to actualize design-oriented horticultural plans.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, well-organized, and highly driven, demonstrating a strong capacity to take initiative and propel projects forward.
They should possess a solid track record in executing high-quality soft landscaping projects that adhere to stringent specifications.
Additionally, the candidate must be a cooperative team leader, capable of guiding a soft landscaping crew while effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including landscape architects, garden designers, hard landscaping supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
The selected individual will coordinate horticultural resources in conjunction with the overall Site Supervisor and the company's Plant Procurement Specialist to ensure a prompt and efficient service.
Maintaining exceptional quality regarding plant and tree health on-site is crucial for achieving the envisioned garden design.
- Interpreting and implementing site design plans to ensure the horticultural components are executed as intended
- Supervising landscaping personnel on-site
- Overseeing and managing all horticultural aspects on-site to guarantee ongoing health and vitality
- Tree planting - collaborating with specialists as necessary
- Recognized horticultural qualification - demonstrating extensive plant knowledge, which will be assessed during the interview
- Full clean UK driving license
- CSCS card
- Capable of working autonomously and taking responsibility for delivering outstanding quality work consistently
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet project timelines
