About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Residential Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
  • Monitor the behavior of high-risk residents and take appropriate action to ensure their safety and the safety of others
  • Ensure that the premises are locked and secure during curfew periods and confirm the presence and well-being of residents overnight
  • Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Deal with visitors and telephone calls, and monitor the work of visiting contractors
  • Respond appropriately to abusive or aggressive behavior

Requirements:

  • SIA Security Guarding Licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
